A District Judge in Rajasthan has been placed under suspension on Sunday after a case was registered against him under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POSCO Act) for alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy.
Singh was suspended after a case was registered against him and two others for sexual assault.
